Truly exceptional customer service! Cole is very intelligent and he provides expert knowledge and satisfaction. Above and beyond our expectations!
Cole was on time, easy to communicate with, and very professional. He was extremely thorough during my electrical inspection. I had him come out to look at an older home in need of substantial electrical updates. Cole spent a lot of his time with me not only going over the entire house but also explaining his concerns and the reason for needed repairs. Cole finished his estimate and went over it with me while we were still at the property. Cole gave me a range of options from necessary repairs to what an entire rewire would look like. I highly recommend Lumen electric.
"I would absolutely recommend this company. What impressed me most was that they were considerate enought to bring shoe covers. Can't put a price on respect. Your home is your sanctuary and they honor that. Thank you!
